VGRC,LLC Terms of Service 

Terms and Conditions - Veracity Gutter and Roof Cleaning, LLC (VGRC,LLC)

By accepting the quotation/estimate with Veracity Gutter and Roof Cleaning, LLC (VGRC,LLC), the client agrees to all the terms and conditions stated below:

  

1. Description of Binding Agreement: This agreement is between the client (homeowner) and VGRC,LLC for outdoor gutter or roof washing services in exchange for payment. VGRC,LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time without notice.

2. Authorization: The client permits VGRC,LLC to access the property for cleaning services, acknowledging that service completion may require multiple visits and could be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Water Usage: The client agrees to allow VGRC,LLC to use their residential water source via an outdoor tap on the service date. In case of well water or low water pressure, the client agrees to refrain from water consumption inside the home during the service.

4. Electric Usage: The client grants VGRC,LLC the right to use an on-site electricity source for the completion of services.

5. Acknowledgment of Risks and Releases of Liability: VGRC,LLC takes precautions to avoid harm or damage, but the client understands that certain factors, such as poor maintenance or low-grade materials, may lead to damage. The client assumes responsibility for such damage unless it results from VGRC,LLC's negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Inspection: VGRC,LLC will note any pre-existing damage on the field and provide a checklist/report to the client for acknowledgment. The client must sign/accept the checklist/report after work completion.

7. Plant/Landscaping: VGRC,LLC will protect plant life during cleaning, and the client should move flower pots and bird baths away from the cleaning area.

8. Oxidation: The client understands that oxidation and other blemishes may be noticeable after cleaning, especially on houses covered with debris.

9. On The Day of Service: The client must ensure water access, close all windows and doors during roof soft wash and gutter cleaning, have pets indoors, and clear work areas for efficiency and safety.

10. Exclusions: VGRC,LLC is not responsible for water intrusion, complete stain removal, or any ill effects on surfaces if not notified before service.

11. Media Release: The client allows VGRC,LLC to use property-related content for marketing or advertising purposes. The client cannot seek legal action for VGRC,LLC's use of media.

12. Quotes: Quotes are valid for 30 days, and any additional services requested on the service day will incur additional charges.

13. Payment: Payment is due upon receipt.

14. Damage Reporting: VGRC,LLC is responsible for damages resulting from negligence, willful misconduct, or operator error. Reported damages must be submitted within three days of service completion.
